KLINGER SENTRY
Metal joints are used under high pressure and typically in severe applications, leading to great risks in the event of failure.
For this reason, sealing integrity tests, before the pipeline pressurization, is extremely important. Given the fact that traditional tests require a lot of resources and time, KLINGER developed KLINGER SENTRY, which are gaskets with a local integrity test device.
- It allows integrity testing for individually flange gaskets without the need to pressurize the entire system.
- Accelerates integrity testing, reducing plant downtime.
- Significantly reduces the volume of test fluid required.
- Validates the individual gasket integrity at the time of installation, eliminating the need for subsequent gaskets's checks.
- In case of leakage, the gaskets can be tested and adjusted with a single visit to the flange.
