Cardboard Hydraulic Klingersil TOP-GRAPH 2000

Manufactured using a revolutionary process that combines hydraulic cardboard with graphite fibers providing new properties previously unattainable. Thanks to high resistance to surface compression and low brittleness, this material is suitable for steam usage and other special applications.

Areas of application

The material impresses for its handling combined with its high resistance to surface compression and low fragility at temperatures of up to 300°C. These properties provide Top-Graph 2000 a high resistance to damage during assembly and operation, preventing the screws pressure loss and cracks forming at high temperature. The material is suitable for use in steam of 300 ° C and in other areas of application temperatures up to 500 ° C are possible.
O KLINGERSIL® Top-Graph 2000 2000 combines the characteristics of reinforced gaskets with synthetic fibers, preferred by specialists, with the graphite fiber.
