To Klinger Brazil, stories of life and work are intertwined with corporate values, family members and a solid organizational culture. A striking example of this is the trajectory of Edson and Roberson Lobo, father and son who share not only their last name, but also the pride of wearing the same shirt.
Industry career history: the trajectory of Edson and Roberson Lobo and the KLINGER organizational culture
Edson started his journey at KLINGER Brazil in 2010 as a calandrist. After a period away, returned in 2018, occupying the same role. Years later, he was the one who nominated his son Roberson to participate in the selection process via Senai.
Roberson joined 2020, went through the learning program, was implemented and today serves as Multifunctional Operator II, in addition to being a re-elected member of CIPA.
More than sharing the industrial environment, the two share a deep mutual admiration. Robinho, as he is affectionately called by his colleagues, gets emotional remembering his father's determination in difficult times:
“He never missed anything. Always working with strength and determination to ensure the well-being of myself and my brothers.”, recall.
This story shows how valuing people and KLINGER Brazil's organizational culture are fundamental to the company's success and the professional growth of employees.
Proud to work as a family at KLINGER Brazil
Edson is proud to see his son paving his own path within the company:
“It is a source of pride to see that he is following his path, working, studying and forming your own family. This is also part of a father’s mission.”
During the conversation, father and son also spoke about the welcoming environment and organizational culture that they found over the years at KLINGER Brazil. Edson recalled a difficult time in his family and how the support he received made a difference:
“It was a complicated phase, my youngest son suffered an accident and KLINGER provided all the emotional and financial support. I was able to take care of my family and be safe at my job. This care stood out for me”, shared.
Robinho adds, highlighting the importance of valuing those who offer opportunities:
“If the company believes in you, she really supports you and that’s what I find at KLINGER Brazil.”
Stories that reinforce family and professional values
Stories like Edson and Robinho show that work goes beyond machines, goals and processes. It is made of bonds, inspiration and examples that cross generations.
In this Father's Day, we celebrate those who teach with attitudes, they build with effort and leave a legacy of values that no technology can replace.
