Laudemir Meira Soares is from Brumado, interior of Bahia. Promising, Laudemir made his way in the sealing division and, after about five years, was already the leader of the entire expedition of the company.
Even with a rapid rise, Laudemir wanted more. His experience in the company and his constant interest in learning made Laudemir in charge of the factory.: "From that moment, I was not only responsible for shipping, but also for the entire production of sealing materials”.
today – after 35 years of KLINGER Brazil – Laudemir is a logistics supervisor in the controlling and, among the various responsibilities responsible for the production, input, output and consumption of raw materials.
To the 55 years ago, Laudemir does not skimp on praising the company that, for more than half of his life, considered it as home: “KLINGER is, since I entered, a friendly and family business, giving opportunities to people in their first job”.
