KL-8202
Specifically designed for centrifugal pumps where the product being sealed has poor lubricating properties.
Not recommended for chromium trioxide, nitric acid and sulfuric acid.
Composition
Braided from expanded graphite with carbon reinforced corners for mechanical strength in rotating applications. Self lubricating and resistant to most chemicals. This gasket has excellent thermal conductivity and stability.
Areas of application
Suitable to operate with caustic fluids, petroleum derivatives, condensate, boiler feed water, cooking liquors, filtered, vinasse, wine, mixed broth among others. Ideal for use in pumps, reactors, mixers, agitators, purifiers “hydrapulper” and process valves.
