Kammprofile

The KAMMPROFILE GASKETS is capable of sealing even at low torques, adapting to the imperfections of the flange and generating high pressure zones through the conformation of a layer of soft material to its serrated rigid core.

The metallic core is produced according to the chemical compatibility of the fluid and temperature. As for the composition of the soft material, flexible graphite is the most used. However, PTFE can be used for chemically aggressive applications or mica can be used for high temperature applications.

Intended for general industry applications, when there is not enough bolt load to seal conventional gasket materials.
