BALL VALVES
Made of carbon steel and stainless steel, KLINGER ball valves are known worldwide for their exclusive dynamic sealing system. This system ensures optimum performance in severe industrial applications with abrasive fluids., dangerous gases, vacuum, high temperatures (up to 400ºC), pressures up to 100 bar and other conditions where high performance valves are required.
The dynamicity of the seal gives KLINGER valves extremely high resistance to temperature, pressure and abrasion, in addition to great durability.
It works as follows: the sealing element (A) is inserted in a metallic ring (B), having free only the contact face with the sphere and, therefore, does not deform or twist. In turn, the metal ring constantly presses the sealing element against the ball, ensuring a perfect fit between the two pieces without the need for retightening or adjustments.
KLINGER has monobloc ball valves, bipartite and tripartite.
