Rubber gaskets with metal reinforcement KGS
As Juntas KLINGER KGS are rubber rings with metal reinforcement used where a secure seal of conventional and special industrial systems, of liquid and gaseous fluids. As juntas KLINGER® KGS / KGS GII are suitable for all flange materials.
A flange connection must always be treated as a cohesive system, as the sealing function is determined by the interaction of individual elements, including flanges, gaskets and screws (fasteners).
Application fields
- Water, gas, ar, acids, alkalis and hydrocarbons with low sealing forces at temperatures up to 200°C, depending on the type of elastomer.
Compatible Flanges
- Steel/stainless steel;
- Cast iron;
- PRFV (fiberglass reinforced plastic);
- PP / PVC / PE (polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene)
